We ship free,via USPS First Class within the U.S. only. We do not ship internationally.
Unless otherwise stated, our pillow covers are made to order. Our shipping time is 1-3 weeks once an order has been placed. Large orders may take longer. You will receive as email with USPS tracking letting you know your order has shipped. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days once item is shipped.
EMA is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address that is provided by the customer. So please make sure that all shipping and product information is correct before checking out. Any returned items that were correctly shipped to the address provided, will be re-shipped to the customer at their expense.
Any digital items are downloaded and delivered immediately. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on downloadable products.
