Thank you for visiting Evia Mae & Alex. I want you to be happy with your purchases, so here are a few policies and procedures that are intended to make your visit an enjoyable one.

Cancellations and Returns

Evia Mae & Alex (EMA) gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase. No request for cancellations will be considered once production starts.

I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.

Most of our items are made to order in sizes custom to the buyer. As such, I do not accept returns or exchanges. The photos serve only as a representation of the product. To be sure of the color and fabrication, order a swatch as no refund or exchange will be given due to size, color, names used to describe color, or style. EMA does take care to describe the items and to post photos that show items as accurately as possible. Names used to describe colors or patterns of my pillow are subjective as colors vary by, but not limited to, shades, personal opinions, and viewing devices. Colors as presented on my shop may look different in your home due to many factors. It is advised that you order a fabric swatch to be sure that the color, fabrication, and style is to your liking as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please contact me if there is an issue with your order regarding workmanship within 48 hours of delivery. No consideration will be given after 48 hours. You must contact us before returning any item. Photo verification will be required. In this rare case, items must be sent back in an unused condition in its original packaging. Please use a shipping carrier that provides insurance and a tracking number.

EMA is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

If an item is out of stock or back ordered beyond the 1-2 week shipping time, the customer will be contacted.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on clearance, discontinued, sales, sample items, irregular items.

IMPORTANT

The types of natural flaws listed below that may appear in our products, cannot be returned as they do not qualify as a defect. Flaws such as:

**A natural result of the printing process, random flecks and minor misprints may be displayed, and should be considered inconsequential.

**Slubs, loops, and barres are a natural property of linen and the weaving process.

**Such is the case for hand woven fabrics that display irregularities inherent in the hand-woven process due to the natural fibers in the textiles.

***Those flaws represent natural characteristics of these textiles and should not be considered as defects, therefore cannot be accepted as a reason for return.

Because all our pillows are handmade, no two pillows are exactly alike. These differences are the results and the innate qualities of the handmade products.

Shipping

We ship free,via USPS First Class within the U.S. only. We do not ship internationally.

Unless otherwise stated, our pillow covers are made to order. Our shipping time is 1-3 weeks once an order has been placed. Large orders may take longer.You will receive as email with USPS tracking letting you know your order has shipped. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days once item is shipped.  

EMA is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address that is provided by the customer. So please make sure that all shipping and product information is correct before checking out. Any returned items that were correctly shipped to the address provided, will be re-shipped to the customer at their expense.
